Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

Each piece is made by hand in small batches. Inventory is limited, and we encourage careful selection before purchase.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
